Prince Harry and his new bride Meghan Markle will visit Australia in October during their first official overseas tour, Kensington Palace has confirmed.

Royal newlyweds Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly signed a lease for a converted cowshed to be used for weekend escapes to the Cotswolds.

The tour coincides with the fourth Invictus Games which will be held in Sydney in October, the BBC reported.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, now known as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, attended the annual Trooping of the Colour ceremony on Saturday, the first time the couple have attended the Queen's birthday celebrations together.

But if Meghan would have had any jitters about what she should wear for these momentous occasions in her short royal life, Prince Harry has ensured the task did not turn too daunting.

The Royal couple will also visit Fiji and Tonga.

The pair somehow glanced over to each other at the same time, and Meghan blurted "nervous" with a coy smile.
