According to TMZ, Schneider has been ordered by a judge to serve some light jail time for at least a few days after not paying his estranged wife, Elvira Castle.

Luckily for the 57-year-old actor, who is now known for his role in Smallville, he was released from jail on Tuesday (June 12) after just serving five hours of his sentence due to overcrowding.

Schneider could be in jail as soon as Tuesday.

Actor John Schneider, who played Bo Duke on "Dukes of Hazzard", is reportedly facing jail time over unpaid spousal support. He claimed that he hit hard financial times and spent much of his money repairing his movie studio in Louisiana after it was destroyed in a March 2016 flood.

Arsenal in talks for Lucas Torreira of Sampdoria
German outlet SportBild claim an announcement of the deal is close after the Gunners moved swiftly for the shot-stopper. Last season he kept 12 clean sheets in all competitions for Leverkusen.

In February, the outlet reported that a judge gave him until March 14 to pay more than $150,000 in support to Elvira.

In September 2016, John was ordered to pay $18,911 to his former missus.

Castle filed for divorce in December 2014 after 21 years of marriage. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. They have three children together, two of which were Castle's children from a previous marriage.

He has worked regularly in TV and film since and was a series regular on Smallville and The Mummy before landing a main role in 2013 on The Haves And The Have Nots on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
