The live-action storyline will shift between three different perspectivesm as you unravel the mystery at the heart of the family. From the perspective of different family members-the simulation is constructed from the "brain data" of Raymond, his wife, and their young son-you'll move through their home, discover their secrets, and collect the evidence you need to fix their lives. Get projected into the digital consciousness of troubled case subjects and maybe you will influence their fate. If you haven't gone in for the VR lifestyle yet, worry not - a non-VR version will also be available on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

The new game is a "psychological thriller first-person exploration VR" experience, and will place players in the "uploaded memory data of a traumatized mental patient". There had been relatively little noise about the title since, but we have a much firmer idea of what to expect as Elijah Wood took to the stage to enlighten us on what to expect from the game coming from Ubisoft and his production company, Spectrevision. Transference is a world built from the collective brain data of Raymond, his wife Katherine and their son Benjamin. Go hands-on to search for clues, solve puzzles and discover the corrupted consciousness of a family.
