UFC president Dana White will have a face-to-face conversation next week with Conor McGregor following his arrest for attacking a bus carrying fighters out of an April pre-fight press event in Brooklyn.

Prosecutors wouldn't say if they expected a resolution.

This marks the third time in three weeks that talk of a meeting between McGregor (21-3 MMA, 9-1 UFC) and White has come up. After the Liverpool meeting was nixed, White indicated they would meet in the UFC's home base of Las Vegas, but did not specify where the June 18 meeting would take place. Khabib Nurmagomedov won the UFC lightweight championship, vacated by McGregor due to inactivity, at UFC 223 in April after defeating Al Iaquinta via unanimous decision.

Local leaders react to North America’s winning bid for 2026 World Cup
The US hosted the World Cup in 1994, while the tournament was held twice in Mexico (1970 and 1986). The US, Mexico and Canada received 134 votes (67 percent) with the Morocco bid earning 65 votes.

"I don't know what's going to happen", White said about the hearing.

Conor and Cian Cowley will both be in court on Thursday 14th, with legal experts believing the charges are "not serious" enough to land the Forbes rich list alumni with any jail time.

Though White generally has the inside track on most things involving McGregor, he admitted that he has no idea how his court case is going to unfold. "So yeah, I could see that happening". I don't know what Conor and his team have worked on.
