Roseanne Barr resurfaces, grateful for support 'when I was broken'

She also gave an update on what she's been up to since her show was canceled - "planting trees digging in the earth singing and feeling a great deal of relief" - and thanked some friends who are helping her through her troubled time, including conservative news host Sean Hannity, comedian and Roseanne writer Norm Macdonald and Rosie O'Donnell, whom Barr said shows "support and love and understanding even when we disagree!"

She wrote: "1) I want u all2 know I'm fine".

Barr also thanked fellow comedians, who she says helped her through this hard time, and revealed some physical issues she believes have developed as a result of stress.

In a series of tweets late Wednesday, several of which have since been removed, Barr thanked fans for praying and whatnot following ABC's Roseanne chop. "I've never practiced "RACISM" in my entire life & never will. Meantime..."

Roseanne Barr, whose wholly unnecessary Roseanne revival was thankfully canceled last month, has praised Kanye West's eighth solo album Ye as "the greatest thing ever". "PEACE is coming", she wrote.

"Roseanne's Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have chose to cancel her show", ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey said in a statement at the time.

She said: "I apologize to Valerie Jarrett and to all Americans".

"I am now leaving Twitter".
