Unfortunately, they were involved in an accident where their Lamborghini Huracan Spyder wedged itself underneath a parked Honda Civic. Fortunately, it appears that no people were harmed in the two incidents.

A couple was on their way to a dinner date last Friday night in Chicago when they suddenly took an involuntary detour. As the driver of the Lambo explains it, he was driving around the city when he was suddenly hit by another auto from the back. Looking to hit the brakes in a panic, the driver accidentally hit the gas pedal instead, a move which sent the speedy Lambo hurling right into the back of a parked and completely innocent Honda Civic. Instead of the vehicle absorbing the impact, the Huracan went underneath, which we think could have lessened the shock brought about to the Lambo's driver and passenger. It is also a sight to see the full weight of the Honda Civic sitting on the apparently very sturdy windshield of the Huracan Spyder.

Two Lamborghinis that were on their way home from taking part in the Goldrush Rally via St Louis, Missouri, had stopped by a Mobil1 fuel station to fill up with gasoline when another auto, which appeared to be a Chrysler MPV not associated with the rally, drove off with the fuel hose still attached to the vehicle. As the owner driving it home, he made a decision to stop for gas in St. Louis, along with his friend, who was driving a Gallardo Spyder.

It's a balanced way of looking at it and that's clearly transmitted itself into the squad. You can't underestimate how draining that is, trust me.

And while the hose is created to detach from the body of the pump in such cases, the moment saw gas being sprayed all over the Huracan Performante stopped at the pump next to the troublesome one.

Dramatic footage of a Lamborghini Huracan Performante on fire at a US gas station has been posted on Instagram.

There were varying reports on whether the Lamborghini driver was smoking, the Huracan Performante was running, or that there was a spark.
