We haven't had a Florida Man story in awhile. That video is what ultimately led police to place him in handcuffs, according to arrest documents.

A man was forced to run for his life after his neighbor began chasing him on his tractor after a property dispute.

The nearly comical footage shows Scott Lynch clearly out pacing Howell Morris, who was trying to get at him on the farm vehicle.

The terrified homeowner's wife caught the chase on film, and called 911 to summon emergency services to their home near Augustine in Florida.

Morris, 72, was booked into the St. Johns County jail on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, a third-degree felony. 911 dispatcher: "OK, so he's vandalizing your property?"Mrs. Lynch:"Yeah".

Others who commented on Oney's review also shared that they became sick after spending some time at the attraction. Local health officials determined the water well as the root cause of infection among the visitors.

Lynch's wife: "Yeah, it's our property, it's like an easement, he thinks he has right to it, but he's destroying stuff on it and blocking our driveway". But when Mrs. Lynch called a second time, things had escalated considerably.

"He chased him down on his tractor and my husband had to run, yes", she said.

The video shows Lynch running for his life as Morris chased him on the tractor, police said. He sad he had to hide in his garage and shut the door to avoid being run over by the tractor.

Morris posted $2,500 bond, according to News4JAX, which also reported that Morris was ordered to have no contact with his neighbor.
