Jackson just shared some fun Nick Fury photos on Instagram, including a flawless S.H.I.E.L.D. business card.

Ok, it's plausible that these apparent scenes with Fury in Spider-Man: Far From Home could be a flashback or some sort of pre-recorded video message that's left for Peter Parker, but we'd bet our left eye that he'll be featuring. Those details would seemingly rule out Captain Marvel, which wrapped principal photography last week.

Samuel L. Jackson has posted this image to Instagram and it appears that he's in the United Kingdom and working on the next Spider-Man film. That, and him saying "back to the familiar, the comfortable." suggests this Fury is no longer in the 1990s. Jackson wrote, presumably referencing the return to his traditional Fury look after Captain Marvel. There, following the finger snap by Thanos that wiped out half of all life in the universe, Fury and Hill fade away, but not before he signals Captain Marvel. Watford is a short drive, however, from the filming of Spider-Man: Far from Home in East London and Hertfordshire.

If Samuel L. Jackson is returning as Nick Fury in Spider-Man: Far From Home that must mean that somehow the events from The Avengers: Infinity War are reversed in The Avengers 4.

Reacting to his recent move, Kennedy said that: " I am so happy with this interest from Rafa Benitez, that he came back for me ". The Brazilian was a popular figure at St James' Park, with many fans urging the club to re-sign the player this summer.

But if Nick Fury is back in action, that's good news.

Including Captain Marvel, which arrives in March 2019, Jackson has appeared in 10 MCU films, as well as on Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

The job title is a callback to Jackson's role 1994's Pulp Fiction, where his character spoke about having the same title on his wallet.
