Countess Luann de Lesseps, one of the stars of "The Real Housewives of New York City", has another legal mess on her hands with a lawsuit from none other than her ex and their kids.

Luann de Lesseps has been accused of breaking her 2009 divorce agreement in a new lawsuit filed against her by her ex-husband and their two children.

This would mean her children would never receive their share of the money.

Instead, she sold the Bridgehampton home for $8 million in 2014 and bought a $3.1 million property in Sag Harbor. That was part of the divorce deal.

Now she's "threatened" to either sell or heavily mortgage the Sag Harbor house "so that she may purchase, for herself, a luxury home in upstate NY", according to court papers.

For six seasons, the historical period drama depicted the lives of the aristocratic Crawley family and their domestic servants. The film will be a Carnival Films production, with Brian Percival ( The Book Thief ) directing.

They also want the court to go forward with an injunction that would block the sale of the house or keep Luann from receiving a loan on the property.

The couple has been dating "for a few weeks", but things are quickly getting "serious", a source told Page Six.

"He's smitten with her", said a pal, "and she's very excited about it".

Said another, "It's very, very new [but they're] exploring it".

Rich has been representing Luann for several months.
