First Look At Djimon Hounsou As Aquaman’s Fisherman King

Earlier today, the first official image of Djimon Hounsou's character in Aquaman was released and director James Wan's reaction to the photo may have given fans insight into the mysterious "Unite The Seven" image Zack Snyder unveiled years ago. Though you can't tell in this shot, all of them have tails instead of legs.

"After the fall of Atlantis, some of the kingdoms evolved and some devolved".

In this scene, King Orm (Patrick Wilson, not shown) has gone to the Fisherman King (played by Djimon Hounsou, that guy with the trident) to enlist his help to declare war on the ocean-polluting surface world. Also FYI: The Fisherman King and his kind dwell in one of the seven kingdoms of Atlantis.

Aquaman will join Shazam! and Wonder Woman 1984 on Saturday, July 21, for the Warner Bros. presentation, where Wan's film is expected to screen its first trailer.

The Aquaman cast includes Jason Momoa (Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Justice League) as the titular King of Atlantis, with Amber Heard as his wife Mera, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Temuera Morrison as Tom Curry, Dolph Lundgren as King Nereus, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta, Ludi Lin as Murk, Patrick Wilson as King Orm/Ocean Master, Academy Award victor Nicole Kidman as Atlanna and Michael Beach as Jesse Kane.
