Netflix brought an Iron Fist to San Diego Comic-Con International Thursday, as the streaming service released a trailer and premiere date for Marvel's Iron Fist. The full synopsis is as follows.

"Misty just kinda came to hang out", says Defenders vet Missick, picking up off Henwick's appearance in Season 2 of Luke Cage and laughing that "ass kicking ensures".

Iron Fist Season 2 features Danny Rand (Finn Jones) as he fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist. Still, aside from the usual complaints of too many episodes / not enough story, pacing problems, and not connecting the worlds together well enough, the recent second seasons of both Jessica Jones and Luke Cage held their own (for Jessica, against an excellent first season, while Luke Season 2 was actually an improvement).

Iron Fist stars Finn Jones as Danny Rand / Iron Fist, Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing, Tom Pelphrey as Ward Meachum, Jessica Stroup as Joy Meachum, Sacha Dhawan as Davos, Ramón Rodríguez as Bakuto, Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple, David Wenham as Harold Meachum, and Simone Missick as Misty Knight. A trailer for season two also dropped and can be seen above.

Beyond the skeletons, the sarcophagus was inundated with sewage water, which accelerated the decomposition of the skeletons. Pictures released by the ministry show the sarcophagus full of the liquid sewage, which must have seeped in at some point.

What does season two need to do to win you back? What do you think of the teaser, which can be seen above?

Fresh off his adventures in The Defenders and appearances in Luke Cage season 2, the Iron Fist will make his return to Netflix in the second season of his own series September 7.

The second season of Iron Fist was filmed during the winter months in NY, with Jones describing the seven-month shoot as "long and physical" in an Instagram post back in May.
