Glendon Crain, the third husband of Stormy Daniels, whose allegation of a sexual encounter with US President Donald Trump made her popular, on Monday filed for divorce in Texas.

He also claims his estranged wife "committed adultery" but hasn't gone into details in the filed paperwork.

Crain will attend a hearing to reportedly make the restraining order permanent on Friday. It seeks full custody of the couple's daughter, as well as child support, possession of the house and a "disproportionate share" of the couple's assets.

The petition and restraining order, both dated July 18, were obtained by Reuters from the court by request.

Stormy, who made headlines earlier this year over having an alleged affair with USA leader Donald Trump, married Glendon Crain in 2015.

Mandatory keys cut successful phishing attacks on Google to zero
To break into your account, a hacker has to not only know your password, but personally come and steal your security key from you. And since then, no employees have reported any confirmed takeovers of work-related accounts, Google said on Monday.

Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti first shared news of the divorce on his Twitter handle on Monday.

Crain is a heavy metal musician and pornographic movie actor, featuring in adult films under the name Brendon Miller. "Stormy's daughter remains her No. 1 priority". "She kindly asks for privacy for the sake of her family".

Daniels has said she had sex with Mr. Trump in 2006 when he was married. As part of their investigation into Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen, prosecutors have been examining the $130,000 payment that was made to Daniels as part of a confidentiality agreement days before the 2016 presidential election. Daniels also has sued Trump for defamation.

Transparency groups and Democrats have argued that the secret efforts to silence Trump accusers, including the payment to Daniels, should be investigated by the Federal Election Commission as potential violations of campaign finance laws, which require disclosure of campaign expenditures.

Daniels was arrested at an OH strip club this month for allegedly inappropriately touching patrons but the charges were dropped. The charges were dismissed.
