The same celebrities launched a campaign directed towards Trump past year in response to the president's announcement that he would rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, a policy that extends certain protections to undocumented people brought to the U.S.as children.

The administration has scrambled for weeks to reunite children with their families following a federal court order, but hundreds remain separated. These abuses have occurred on your father's watch and under the leaderships of Secretary Nielsen. The #DearIvanka campaign is also calling specifically for the resignation of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.

"End these racist, inhumane and unconscionable abuses now!" the post demands.
