Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's Divorce Case Could Be Dismissed

The couple announced they were going their separate ways in June 2015, before filing documents two years later.

Jennifer Garner and her former husband of 10 years, Ben Affleck, have been issued with a warning from the court over their divorce but the pair are not in a "rush", according to an insider. News, states that the divorce can not be finalized until the judgment is filed and entered, which means two forms must be completed: Garner must send Affleck a final declaration of disclosure, and also file a declaration regarding service of declaration of disclosure with the court.

The final judgment in the divorce has not been filed, so the court reportedly told them, "If you fail to take the appropriate steps in your case, the court may dismiss your case for delay in prosecution".

Ben has moved on with girlfriend Lindsay Shookus, but Jen has been more low key about dating since her spit with the Batman actor.

The good thing is that the Hollywood stars have at least managed to be great co-parents since ending their relationship due to the fact that they are still very friendly with each other.

The two share three kids together - 6 year old Samuel, 9 year old Seraphina and 12 year old Violet. He's found a really good routine.
