Nintendo Switch VR Mode Testing Menu Discovered

While there are several reasons why a Switch VR setup doesn't seem entirely plausible - with the weight of the system being one - this new find is certainly an intriguing one.

If you remember, a year ago a similar discovery was made by the user Cody Brocious, in that case finding the references to VR in the code of the operating system of Nintendo Switch.

Recently a hacker who goes by the name "Random" took to Twitter account and posted a video, in which you can see the VR Settings Menu, which also shows the Test VR Mode option.

Paul Pogba: 'I can not say how I feel at Manchester United'
Pogba was named captain for night against Leicester with Antonio Valencia sidelined with a calf injury. And afterwards the new world champion vowed to always work hard "for the people that trust me".

It's clear Nintendo is toying with the idea, and perhaps it's been doing so for about a year now.

As soon as the Nintendo Switch was announced, rumours started about whether or not the system would have any sort of virtual reality (VR) capability. It wasn't enabled, however, and Nintendo doesn't appear to have made any changes to this specific part of the code since then. Nintendo confirmed that they are looking into VR, but it seemed like the company was merely looking into it, as opposed to integrating it into the console. The display's resolution isn't even up to snuff - the Switch's 720p screen just isn't going to cut it since VR calls for higher-resolution displays for optimum experience.
