Police in Pennsylvania have released dramatic dash camera footage of a shootout from past year that seriously injured a state trooper. Trooper Seiple called for backup and the video shows Seiple and Trooper Seth Kelly putting Clary through a sobriety test. He was arrested at that time and has since been convicted of attempted murder.

The video shows the police officers becoming aggressive with Clary once he did not put his hands behind his back.

The troopers pull him back onto the shoulder and even though the suspect is clearly affected by the stun gun, he still refused to comply with the orders to stop resisting.

At one point during the scuffle, one trooper can be heard saying Clary is trying to get his gun.

Clary also wounded, gets into his auto and drives off with his back window having been shattered in the shootout.

Seconds later, Clary frees himself from the two troopers and race around to the driver's side of his vehicle where he reaches in and grabs a gun.

Jurgen Klopp questions Liverpool's second-favourite Premier League tag
I think this club needs to have this ambition to win titles, to play for titles, and to be one of the best teams in the world. The Draw - the Merseysiders had seven of those in their 19 matches - is [6.8] while West Ham are [14.5] to spring a surprise.

The video shows Clary firing multiple rounds at both Trooper Sieple and Trooper Kelly.

New footage of the incident reveals what transpired just prior to a gunfight that left state trooper Seth Kelly serious injured from gunshot wounds to his neck and leg, as reported by CBS.

Despite both officers using their tasers on Clary, the driver somehow manages to break away from the pair, reach into his truck and pull out a firearm.

When the motorist appeared impaired, police say a struggle between the troopers and Clary began.

A sentencing date has not yet been set.
