While the first weekend of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's beta featured one new mode called Control, the other four modes that were available were all featured in previous Call of Duty games.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is the latest first-person shooter in the iconic multiplayer franchise. Black Ops 4 across all platforms will indeed feature BR mode which sadly isn't a part of the beta but it will arrive on Oct 12 with the initial release of the game. And starting this weekend, the Private Beta going to open up to PS4, Xbox One and PC users. An early-access PC beta exclusively on Battle.net will start today too, while the open PC beta is set to run from August 11 to August 13.

The game, although liked by many, received its fair share of criticism from the community as well when the beta launched on PS4 a few days ago. However, it sounds like the studio is adding plenty of variety to the various multiplayer modes, whether that be news modes like Heist, the last-player-standing Blackout mode, or the Zombies portion of the game that'll take players to a variety of locations.

It looks like the mode will offer a lot of avenues for experimentation, as one player is seen using only a pistol and choosing instead to spend cash on armour and other perks. Two teams of five will be tasked with obtain a money bag located randomly around the map, and extract it.

Everyone who participates in the Black Ops 4 private multiplayer beta will earn a "unique, one-of-a-kind" in-game calling card.
