Bombay Sapphire has teamed up with hospitality firm Inception Group to offer what might well be the ideal job for anyone who enjoys drinking gin and tonics on holiday i.e. pretty much everyone.

The goal will be to follow in the adventurous footsteps of Jules Verne's Phileas Fogg by visiting places including Mumbai, Paris, Hong Kong, Tokyo and NY.

The unique concept for the job has been created to mark the launch of a new bar in Soho, London, called Mr. Fogg's Society of Exploration, which was inspired by Phileas Fogg's character from Jules Verne's Around the world in Eighty Days. Along the way, they will be expected to document their experiences in journals, on social media, and via a special blog.

When their journey ends, the ambassador and his mate will get to create their own signature gin cocktail with the botanicals collected from around the world, which they will get to drink for free whenever they visit the bar.
