Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate Switch demo arrives on eShop

Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate has a demo available for download now.

Capcom announced today via the official Monster Hunter Twitter that the demo will feature all six different Hunting Styles along with new Prowler abilities.

Youtuber Gaijinhunter, a partner with Monster Hunter also tweeted out some important information about the demo itself. An enhanced version which featured new monsters and costumes also released on the 3DS and Nintendo Switch, but only in Japan, under the name Monster Hunter XX. Everything that you see included in the demo is not actually in the full game proper, but merely a taste of things to come.

There's a lot of buzz surrounding the series after the release and huge success of Monster Hunter: World, but this is a different era of Monster Hunter, built as an expanded release of the 3DS game Monster Hunter Generations. In fact, there's so much to pore over we're going to have to break it down into itty-bitty sections, lest you get gobbled up the gargantuan scale of the Switch re-release's demo.
