If you already have the game and any of its add-ons, don't worry, it will still be playable after its pulled from the store. Those who don't pick up the game before the end date, which is September 30th 2018, will need to try and find a physical copy from somewhere.

All things considered, while some racing game fans may be sad to see Forza Horizon 2 reaching its "end of life" status after having been available since 2014, at least they can rest easy knowing that Microsoft Studios and Playground Games have Forza Horizon 4 on the way this October.

For players with even the slightest interest in playing Forza Horizon 2 at some point, there's no reason not to get it now while it's still free through the Games With Gold program. The same will be true of all the game's DLC.

Whether you're an Xbox Live Gold member or not, now's the flawless time to pick up Forza Horizon 2 as it will soon be delisted from the Xbox Store entirely. Forza Horizon 2 comes with plenty of cars and features to keep you busy for a while though, according to the details of the standard edition.
