Nicki Minaj says the shocking melee with Cardi B at a New York Fashion Week event this past weekend is "mortifying and humiliating".

The Bodak Yellow rapper, who threw a shoe at Nicki during a confrontation at New York Fashion Week, responded to accusations that she benefits from payola. She took to her website to post a picture of Minaj's mugshot which has been used through-out the On The Run II tour days after the NYFW fight went down.

"Numbers don't f*ckin lie", she captioned the post.

Her puffy sleeves reached down to her elbows, with bunches of fabric collected around her shoulders and arms. Asked about the incident, Mona Scott-Young, an executive producer of VH1's "Love & Hip Hop", the show that began Cardi's meteoric rise to fame, reacted with dismay.

"You put your hands on certain people, you gonna die", she said. I would never discuss anyone's child. "[It's] so sad for someone to pin that on somebody".

Spotify's 3,333-song download limit jumps to 10,000
Spotify users accustomed to amassing a wealthy horde of downloaded music will have ample reason to rejoice. The new maximum number of songs per device is 10,000, three times higher than before.

'I would never talk about anyone's child's or parenting, I don't give a s**t. If you're right in whatever you're doing, you don't ever have to make someone into the bad guy, ' she added.

It seems like just about everyone and their auntie has an opinion on the Cardi vs. Nicki beef.

The I Like It hitmaker was simply "defending her daughter's honour" after hearing the Anaconda rapper had been "talking trash" about her family, sources claimed.

Asked how such a scene might have played out if it had been proposed for the show, Scott told Variety, "I think when you look at the success that both Cardi and Nicki have achieved, they are what a lot of these artists [on the show] aspire to".
