The actress donned a dramatic black Givenchy suit with a long train, layered over a glittery sheer high-neck top when she attended the event at the Museum of Modern Art in NY on Monday night.

Blake explained that camera flash caused the transparency and she quickly fixed it with tape.

Her self-consciousness over the unintentionally revealing ensemble then led to a major misunderstanding.

"See the look of horror on my face".

The famous fashionista realized that her shirt showed more of her chest than she had planned while getting ready in her hotel room, she told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show on Thursday as they looked at a photo of Lively from the event.

Trump Admin SLAMS 'SHAMEFUL' John Kerry over 'Shadow Diplomacy — KERRY UNDER FIRE
Last week he took a swipe at Kerry after the former secretary of state did not rule out a 2020 Democratic presidential bid. He also reimposed some sanctions and emphasized that they would also apply to other nations that did business with Iran.

In an attempt to fix the situation DIY-style, Lively called her hotel's mechanical department and requested some duct tape. "Why?" they asked, "is a pipe broken?"

Aside from her new movie, which Blake stars in with Anna Kendrick, the Gossip Girl star also took a moment to talk about her Spice Girls obsession - in particular the Baby Spice costume she wore to the girl band's concert when she was younger. "You know when you're like freaking out about something and you think that's all anyone else is seeing", she said, "you're aware of it so everything everyone says is pointing out this thing that you're paranoid about that no one's really noticing".

Here's where it gets good. "This guy goes, 'Blake, Blake, your bleep are fantastic". "I was like, "Excuse me? This is not okay".

The woman next to that man agreed with him, however, saying, "Well, I mean, they are".

She admitted to being confused before figuring out the man was saying my "tweets are amazing" after a recent hilarious Twitter exchange with husband Ryan Reynolds, 41. "My tweets are amazing!'" "I didn't know they made [them], like, see-through".

A Simple Favor opened on Friday and has been well received by critics.
