Immediately after the game, Le'Veon Bell, who's now holding out from the Steelers, posted one emoji on Twitter.

It appears that Le'Veon Bell is in no hurry to sign his franchise tender and start to collect $855,000 a week.

The timing of the decision is odd, but Bell isn't now an employee of the Steelers and won't be until he signs a contract. In Pittsburgh's Week 1 tie against the Cleveland Browns, Conner racked up 135 yards and two rushing downs on 31 carries in addition to five catches for 57 yards. Bell, 26, was listed on the Steelers depth chart prior to Week 1 even though he has shown no signs that he'll be joining his teammates anytime soon.

Bell dug in last week being a no-show sans explanation, and the Steelers have responded this week basically with the only dart, albeit subtle, . While the Steelers didn't win this game, they did get a solid performance from Bell's replacement, James Conner.

James Conner, who had almost 200 total yards in Week 1, is now listed as Pittsburgh's No. 1 running back.
