It was supposed to launch alongside the Nokia 9, but the latest rumors suggest that the flagship has been delayed for next year.

"According to our information from multiple sources, Services strongly against the announcement of Nokia 9 this year and is going to postpone the announcement at MWC 2019", notes Nokia anew. It was therefore chose to postpone the announcement of the gadget for the period of the exhibition MWC 2019, which will be held in Barcelona in late February of next year. Thus it looks like history repeats itself - but a timely launch plagued with glitches and bugs is probably worse for PR / device sales than a delay of a few months.

We now have two pictures allegedly showing the front and back sides of the Nokia X7 panel, something that we've seen before.

So, now time for Nokia 9 design sketch from the same reliable source who has been behind many genuine leaks in past.

While we dont yet know the battery capacity, the Nokia 7.1 Plus is expected to support 18W fast charging. Obviously, specs could change between now and Feb 2019.

Apart from that, the smartphone was previously rumoured to sport a triple rear camera setup with a 41-megapixel, a 20-megapixel, and a 9.7-megapixel sensor, coupled with 4X optical zoom and Xenon and LED flash modules.

In related news, HMD now has a chance to revive PureView and re-unite it with Nokia smartphones, as in late August it acquired this trademark from Microsoft.
