Disney's Live-Action Aladdin Trailer Coming Tomorrow

Disney released the poster for their live-action Aladdin movie teasing a first look trailer will be release tomorrow.

Will Smith, who will play Genie, shared the poster on his Instagram on October 10.

Aladdin is directed by Guy Ritchie (Sherlock Holmes, The Man from U.N.C.L.E.) from a screenplay by John August (Dark Shadows, Big Fish) based on the 1992 animated film Aladdin and stories from "One Thousand and One Nights". As Aladdin and Jasmine fall in love, they must also face the evil Jafar, who plans to become Sultan by marrying Jasmine. It stars Will Smith as the Genie, Mena Massoud (Jack Ryan) as Aladdin, Naomi Scott (Power Rangers) as Princess Jasmine, and Marwan Kenzari (The Mummy) as Jafar. Billy Magnussen plays Prince Anders and Nasim Pedrad is Dalia. Brad Kane provided Aladdin's singing voice, while Lea Salonga sang for Jasmine. The producer is Dan Lin (The LEGO Movie) with Golden Globe victor Marc Platt (La La Land), Jonathan Eirich (Death Note) and Kevin De La Noy (The Dark Knight Rises) serving as executive producers. In addition to classic songs from the first film, the live-action movie features new songs co-written by Menken and Pasek & Paul.

It is set for release on May 24th 2019.
