You can personalize your workouts by selecting from different fitness goals.

The Switch is slowly but surely getting games that cover the same market, but now Nintendo seems to be going all out by publishing Fitness Boxing in the west. Wii-Fit Trainer even went on to be a surprise character on the fighter roster of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS.

In the puzzling absence of a Wii Sports-like game for the Switch from Nintendo, it's been left to other developers to fill the gap.

Get off the couch and get moving with fun, boxing-based rhythmic exercises set to the instrumental beats of songs by popular artists, including Lady Gaga, Pitbull and Kesha.

Meanwhile, centre-back Ashley Williams said that Wales would sorely miss Bale against Spain . "We're treating the symptoms but it's nothing to worry about.

Fitness Boxing is slated for a January 4, 2019 release on Nintendo Switch.

Fitness Boxing, which is at heart a music rhythm title mixed with boxing, will feature a number of modes for play in TV and portable tabletop mode for single and two players arrangements. Accompanied by a soundtrack of instrumental versions of pop hits, you can work up a sweat in various routines.

Daily training in Fitness Boxing offers both low- and high-intensity options. The game estimates your approximate body mass index (BMI) and daily calories burned so you can track your progress. "As you continue on your fitness journey, you can earn more songs and will also have the opportunity to engage with more challenging training circuits". Using the Joy-Con controllers, players will punch, weave, and squat off the calories and track progress in the game with the assistance of in-game trainers. The game allows for two players to play at once.
