Red Sox manager Alex Cora confirmed on Ordway, Merloni & Fauria Wednesday afternoon that the left-hander will start Sunday night against the Astros, and as expected, Chris Sale will start Game 1.

David Price will indeed start again for the Boston Red Sox this postseason.

Craig Kimbrel and the Boston Red Sox held off the Yankees' ninth-inning rally that ended with a video replay, eliminating NY with a 4-3 victory Tuesday night that set up a postseason rematch with the World Series champion Houston Astros.

The Dow tumbles more than 400 points
But historically, a monthly move of one to two deviations, or 20 to 40 basis points now, would result in flat S&P 500 returns. The two-year yield rose to 2.89 percent from 2.87 percent, and the 30-year yield climbed to 3.39 percent from 3.37 percent.

In the ALDS, Cora was asked why people should believe Price can mentally handle the postseason. In 1⅔ innings, Price threw 42 pitches (24 strikes), struck out no batters, and gave up three earned runs.

"I think there's been guys around the league that they struggle their first 10 starts", Cora said. "He's ready to roll which is very important for us". The 38-year-old knows Major League Baseball won't be happy with him comments, is likely to fine him, but his future in the game is uncertain, and at this point, why not just be honest? He fell to 0-9 as a starter in his postseason career, with his overall ERA ballooning to 6.04.
