Cowboys, Jaguars look for consistency

After the first two rounds, the Cowboys and the Jaguars had both added multiple players who were believed to be top-10 talents prior to the 2015 college football. Bortles' career-high 61 pass attempts turned into four interceptions, and a lost fumble.

The Jacksonville Jaguars were looking to knock the only undefeated team from their perch on Sunday, but an early onslaught by the Kansas City Chiefs doomed Jacksonville as the Chiefs dominated 30-14. In five seasons, the former third overall pick is averaging 3.6 carries per game. What's going to change between now and next year?

"If they needed me to play fullback, I could do that", Paul said. "I probably should have done a better job of that". It won't be enough to just try to screen the Jaguars to death, he has to be given a chance to make plays vertically as well. I think the Cowboys will get to 20 points but that's it. The Jaguars invested $54 million in a quarterback that is better but still not "there" yet. Running back Leonard Fournette will be out for the fourth time in six games with a hamstring injury. That puts little-used (and likely ill-prepared) Josh Walker starting at left tackle against the Cowboys.

Jacksonville has looked at a variety of free agent running backs. The Jags are 3.0-point road favorites versus the Cowboys.

"I think we were pretty fortunate past year as far as staying healthy", Bortles said.

Elliott leads the National Football League with 480 rushing yards through Week 5, but he's coming off his worst game of the season in a 19-16 loss to the Houston Texans. But inefficiency throwing is the biggest reason Dallas has a losing record and questions inside and outside the locker room about play-calling.

The Cowboys will win or lose if.

Harry Kane backed to end England drought by Gareth Southgate
The only chance in the first half fell to Dier , who glanced his header against the far post after a Jordan Henderson corner. Southgate's side were now in the ascendancy and Rashford should have put them ahead.

"You just keep banging away", Garrett said.

"One thing that's good about this group that we have in this locker room is that there hasn't been any finger-pointing at all". We'll continue to monitor the situation, but fantasy owners obviously need to prepare to again be without their stud RB.

Things might get worse before they get better, too.

The Jaguars found out pretty quickly last week that their defense can't stop everyone. Instead, as these teams will face off in Dallas in Week 6, it could well be the defenses of each team that decide the outcome of this matchup.

Dallas' defense finally broke through last Sunday, forcing two against Houston, which included the Cowboys' first interception of the season. There is really nothing offensively that scares you about this Jacksonville team, and Dallas should be able to shut them down in all facets. In the other games, he has struggled.

Knee injuries have limited Charles the past three seasons.

The 31-year-old had been unsigned after spending last season as a backup in Denver. Dallas will lean heavily on its first-round running back down the stretch, and that ends up being the difference in the game. I've got the Cowboys in yet another low-scoring, grind-it-out game.
