Meghan Markle caught headlines in May 19th this year, as she wore a stunning Givenchy gown for hers and Prince Harry's royal wedding.

The "American Princess" is now on sale for £38, and consists of a short, white, tight-fitted dress, complete with a tiara and tulle veil.

The website describes the outfit as: "You're living an actual fairy tale!" Yandy's model is wearing a plastic tiara as well as a veil, and is holding a bunch of flowers in her hands.

Named the "American Princess Costume", the look includes a form-fitting minidress with Meghan's signature bateau neckline and all the bridal fixings like a veil and tiara.

The brand showed off the costume with a suit jacket and numbered briefcase, likely in reference to Markle's pre-princess days on Suits and Deal or No Deal, which are not included in the $49.95 price tag.

Lingerie company Yandy has unveiled its Meghan Markle-themed wedding costume - and it's much shorter than what people might remember. "We were inspired by one of her most iconic fashion moments- her wedding!"

And just last month the introduction of a sexy Handmaid's Tale costume ruffled more than a few feathers on social media. The company faced backlash for making light of a story focused on the oppression of women.

The run-up to Halloween is always an exciting time on the internet: people post their cosplay progress on Reddit, tweeters speculate what might be the go-to costume of the year - and someone makes a "sexy" version of whatever's been in the news.
