THE Coca-Cola Christmas truck is set to bring the festive joy to Glasgow this weekend.

Now in its eighth year, for some the Coca-Cola truck signifies the countdown to Christmas and this year, it will be visiting 14 towns and cities across the United Kingdom including Watford and nearby Borehamwood.

This year however, much like 2017, it won't be calling at Norwich.

A Coca Cola spokesperson revealed the vehicle embarks on a new journey each year and is the reason behind Ipswich being missed.

At-least two drivers will now make the final four via points and possibility a third depending on who wins at Phoenix on Sunday. He had joined Joey Logano as the only drivers locked into next weekend's championship race at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Visitors can see the truck in a glittering winter wonderland setting and enjoy a free can Coke. The nearest the truck will get is when it makes its stop in Peterborough on Tuesday and Wednesday December 4 and 5.

The Coca-Cola truck is in its eighth year of touring the UK.

The red American-style lorry has visited our town several times making pit-stops outside the Town Hall and in more recent years the Asda store on the Whitehouse Industrial Estate.

Are you disappointed that Norwich hasn't made the Coca-Cola Christmas tour again this year?
