It's on sale now for $255. Fossil's latest, the Fossil Sport, is another Google Wear OS smartwatch, But it adds Qualcomm's newest 3100 wearable chip for what could mean longer battery life.

"Over the last three years, Fossil and Qualcomm have collaborated closely to launch a series of products and have led the Wear OS by Google smartwatch segment", Pankaj said in a statement.

While there's still a noticeable lack of smartphone manufacturers working with Wear OS, Fossil is still churning out Wear OS watches left and right. Fossil's own sub-brands are even guilty of this. Announced this September, the Wear 3100's biggest improvement over 2016's Wear 2100 is vastly improved battery life. Additionally, the Fossil Sport also features a new battery-saving mode; enhanced ambient mode; and integrated heart rate, NFC and Global Positioning System capabilities.

World of Final Fantasy Maxima Out Now For Xbox One
Final Fantasy XV was considered a success, but this news does put an abrupt end to the for future episode DLCs planned for the game.

Sitting alongside the bigger battery is the same crop of features and sensors we've seen flood the fourth generation of Fossil Group devices - a heart rate monitor sits on the underside, while NFC for contactless Google Pay payments and built-in Global Positioning System are also on board.

The Fossil Sport will come priced at $255 and is available to buy now on Fossil's website, rolling out to Fossil retail stores on 12 November. It comes with standard 18mm or 22mm watch straps and the watch itself comes in 41mm and 43mm sizes.

I think Fossil is offering a pretty compelling package at this price point, especially considering the hardware and newer chipset.
