Ultimate on Switch, peripheral maker 8BitDo has announced that it's bringing out a special adapter that allows you to wirelessly connect your classic GameCube pad to Nintendo's latest system. Just plug your wired controller into GBros., and it will connect to your device via Bluetooth.

The device also functions on PC, and it's compatible with all of the NES Classic, SNES Classic, and Wii Classic controllers you have stashed in your closet. The accessory even comes with built-in home and screenshot buttons.

Other than the GBros., Switch owners looking to use their GameCube controllers will have to purchase Nintendo's $24.99 official adapter, although that does not support any wireless connectivity.

The adapter is up for preorder on the US Amazon website, it says it ships here - but if it actually will we're not sure.
