Chennai: Having already clinched the three-match T20I series, Ravi Shastri and the Team India management have opted to rest bowlers Umesh Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah and Kuldeep Yadav from the final match of the tour against the West Indies scheduled to be held in Chennai on Sunday.

Punjab pacer Siddarth Kaul, who made his debut during the T20I series against Ireland in June 2018, has been added to the squad.

The BCCI further said that the decision to rest the bowling trio was taken so that they remain in the "best physical condition" ahead of India's tour to Australia. Bumrah has been his normal miserly self in the two matches picking up three wickets and has an economy rate of less than six runs per over. The right-arm seamer has not taken any wickets in the 50-overs format but has 3 wickets under his belt in the shortest format at an average of 13.

Kuldeep was rested for the first ODI but played in the next four, as well as both T20Is.

Nintendo Switch Finally Has a YouTube App
The app is free to download on the Nintendo Switch eShop across a variety of regions, including the US. Previously, only Hulu has been available on Nintendo Switch among the popular video streaming apps.

Kaul has been part of various Indian limited-overs squads, though his worldwide appearances have been limited to three ODIs and two T20Is.

The absence of key men will give a chance to players like Washington Sundar, Shahbaz Nadeem and Kaul to show their wares as the 2019 World Cup gets near.

India's squad for the 3rd T20I: Rohit Sharma (c), Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul, Dinesh Karthik (wk), Manish Pandey, Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant (wk), Krunal Pandya, Washington Sundar, Yuzvendra Chahal, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Khaleel Ahmed, Shahbaz Nadeem, Siddarth Kaul.
