Man wins lottery prize by picking Red Sox jersey numbers

The Associated Press reports that Aylward won $100,000 in Monday's Mass Cash drawing with the numbers 11-16-19-22-25 and claimed the prize on Wednesday.

Templeton, Massachusetts native Jim Aylward 84 years old and a great-grandfather, and after the Red Sox won their fourth World Series title in the past 15 years, he made a decision to test his luck and filled out a Mass Cash lottery ticket using the jersey numbers of five Red Sox players.

He added that the Hawks' behavior weirded him out because they lost the game 112-107. "I have no idea", Kanter said. "So you shouldn't be doing that".

Aylward has five children, nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
