This photo, taken at Ford's dealer meeting in Las Vegas last month, actually shows the "baby Bronco" crossover that is due to arrive soon.

A Ford presentation at a dealers meeting in the United States recently highlighted an upcoming SUV from the company, and images of these were inadvertently placed on a publicly accessible part of a Ford website, where Off-Road.com found them.

They seem to be screen captures of footage shot at a recent Ford dealer conference in Las Vegas. Ford released a teaser of that model back in March and we agree the shadow matches that early preview.

Our friends at Bronco6G.com also received "a credible tip" suggesting that Bronco will become a standalone sub-brand of Ford that will spur a whole range of off-road-oriented models.

As it turns out, the vehicle in the leaked photos - which are no longer accessible - may not be the Bronco itself, but the smaller "baby Bronco" that is also in the pipeline. The baby Bronco will be named Bronco-something and will be the most affordable offering in the lineup. One is a Ford Ranger pickup-based truck that's a true reboot of the legendary 4x4, while the other is a Ford Focus-derived crossover said to have Bronco-inspired styling and some off-road capability. Look for it to debut some time in 2019, with prices likely starting around $25,000.
