On Monday Maurizio Sarri urged Hudson-Odoi to stay.

After negotiating with Chelsea for much of the past week or two, the Bavarians have finally met the club's asking price for 18-year-old winger Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Stephen Warnock told 5Live: "I think what's really interesting about this story, the way it's headed at the moment, is when you listen to Sarri talk about him, he says 'I haven't spoken to the player because it is not my issue'".

As a result, Hudson-Odoi is itching for a move away from Stamford Bridge, with Bayern looking like the most likely destination.

Chelsea have been trying to convince the youngster - who has 18 months left on his contract - to sign a new deal to stay in West London, although it seems his heart is set on move to Bavaria.

He said that the conversation was focused on the issue of U.S. nationals adopting Russian children and the Magnitsky Act. Russian authorities took a different course and later accused him of having participated in the fraud scheme himself.

The teenager, who has one goal and three assists in his last four senior starts, is wanted by Bayern Munich who are prepared to shell out £35million on the player as they look to revamp their midfield which will soon lose Arjen Robben.

Chelsea have so far refused to sell the England Under-19s global to Bayern, but The Mirror claims that the Blues now face further competition to keep hold of the teenage forward as Juventus are also preparing a bid. He has a very great future here in England, with the national team and Chelsea.

The Ligue 1 club, now being coached by Fabregas' former Arsenal team mate Thierry Henry, are apparently not willing to pay what Chelsea are asking for a player whose contract ends in June this year. He is improving, in the last match he played very well and also today a very good match. Now with the midfielders we are in trouble I think.

"You know very well the situation". I can start to consider him on the same level. I saw him every day in training.
