Can Marvel's AVENGERS Save the OSCARS?

The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg, a four-time host of The Academy Awards, said last month on the show that not having a formal host for the Oscars, is "dumb".

There's also "Captain Marvel" which is being released very soon, so we could even see Brie Larson step up to the plate too.

The Academy is struggling to find a host for the event after Kevin Hart stepped down.

Sources told Variety that producers will select A-listers to introduce segments like the opening monologue and performances. The comedian first refused to apologize saying he'd apologized in the past.

"I'm over it", he said repeatedly to nearly every question on the topic during a sometimes testy interview on ABC's Good Morning America.

New software can track shared Netflix accounts
To avoid paying double, what people do is share the details of their account and passwords. The Credential Sharing Insight software is available as a cloud or on-premise offering.

A day later, Hart announced he was formally turning down the hosting gig.

Colbert, interviewing Hart after he's talked about the issue with just about everyone else he could, begins by acknowledging "you've already given the answers, I'll go read this someplace else".

The producers are reportedly looking to assemble as many cast members as possible from Marvel's Avengers for an Oscars reunion. Snow White's entrance was followed by a grueling 12-minute musical number with dancing tables and chairs, Rob Lowe singing "Proud Mary", and lots of other things that made the audience visibly want to die. I think it might end up being a net positive over life.

The 91st Academy Awards show is happening on February 24, 2019, at Hollywood's Dolby Theater.
