Warriors' DeMarcus Cousins on his Instagram story. This news comes less than an hour after head coach Steve Kerr announced that they would be "incorporating DeMarcus at some point" in the team's next 20 games.

The Golden State Warriors are about the be at full strength.

The 28-year-old Cousins has spent the season rehabbing from an Achilles injury.

"I'm seeing dramatic improvement from him over the last couple of weeks, with his wind, his ability to run the floor", Kerr said after practice Monday afternoon, as quoted on the San Francisco Chronicle.

A source told The Undefeated's Marc Spears earlier Tuesday that Cousins was targeting the date for his return.

Three minutes later, India again experienced the so-near-yet-so-far moment when Udanta Singh's shot ricochets off the bar. Few teams were able to cause UAE problems in their own backyard and India forced the hosts to alter their game.

Cousins has not played a game since exiting the court with a torn Achilles' wearing a New Orleans Pelicans jersey on January 26, 2018. However, Kerr did admit that the team and Cousin have agreed to a timetable in which he's expected back.

Despite being a six-time All-Star, Cousins was only signed to a one-year, $5.3 million deal over the offseason. They play both the Clippers and the Lakers during that trip, on the 18th and 21st of January, respectively.

But for the Warriors, back in action on Friday against the Bulls (10:30 p.m. ET - watch on fuboTV), signing Cousins was a worthwhile gamble. The Warriors already have a lineup with four all-stars, including Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and Kevin Durant.

The Warriors are now in second place in the Western Conference with a 26-14 record with the Denver Nuggets just ahead having lost two games fewer than the back-to-back champions.
