He's still only shooting 32 percent on 3-pointers and there remain questions about his quickness guarding players on the perimeter.

Davis requested a trade through agent Rich Paul a little more than a week ago, but he isn't eligible to become a free agent until July 2020.

The Wizards agreed to trade forward Otto Porter Jr. to the Chicago Bulls earlier in the day for forwards Jabari Parker and Bobby Portis. For the fourth straight game, the Pelicans played without not only Davis, but also forwards Julius Randle (right ankle sprain) and Nikola Mirotic (right calf strain), as well as guards Elfrid Payton (right ankle sprain) and E'Twaun Moore (bruised left quadriceps). And when needed, Caldwell-Pope has filled in as a starter and done so pretty well.

"[KCP] is available and has been floated out there for some spots, Windhorst said on ESPN Radio, via Bryan Kalbrosky of Hoops Hype".

He now heads back across the Atlantic to take part in the AT&T Pebble Beach pro-Am, one of his favourite tournaments. He hacked the ball out short of the green and got up-and-down for the long-awaited victory.

Could Jabari Parker join the Lakers before the trade deadline? One player that has been involved in non-Anthony Davus trade rumors is Kentavious Caldwell-Pope. And you can go back to I guess whatever our new normal is going to be. The Lakers would have to put something else in that deal.

"Maybe changing out some faces in the locker room wouldn't be the worst idea there just because they want to make the playoffs this year". The Bulls really like Caldwell-Pope. Jabari is a polarising player but he might be interesting on the Lakers. The Lakers and Jazz have inquired on Parker, sources said.

But his minutes have dropped at Staples Center compared to last season and it is believed his representation want to move him on.

In 39 games this season for the Bulls, Jabari Parker is averaging 14.3 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists per contest. He's making $20 million this season and has a team option worth $20 million for next season.
