The tech giant is working to release a 5G phone with the USA carrier Verizon in the first half of 2019, as well as two other 5G phones with AT&T. With MWC 2019 just around the corner, we can expect the 5G prototype to be shown to a lot of people at the trade show. The OnePlus 5G prototype phone will be running on a fully functional network. Additionally, the popular brand revealed that attendees will be able to "experience the capabilities of 5G gaming" through one of its latest "OnePlus 5G Prototypes". OnePlus intends to be one of the first companies to launch a 5G model, and it will be based on the flagship Snapdragon 855 SoC and Snapdragon X50 5G modem.
