John Brown Is Going to Buffalo

John Brown came to Baltimore in 2018 after spending four years in Arizona with the Cardinals. When healthy he's a field-stretcher, someone rocket-armed Bills QB Josh Allen can burn any defence with deep. Beasley's most productive season was in 2016, when he had 75 catches for 833 yards and five touchdowns. However, his numbers took a serious hit once Lamar Jackson became the Ravens' starting quarterback over Joe Flacco. Last season, he recorded 672 yards on 65 receptions and three touchdowns. Beasley, a former Cowboys receiver, is slated to earn $29 million over four years with $17 million over the first two years of his deal and $14.4 million guaranteed.

Buffalo was in desperate need of a significant upgrade to its pass-catching ranks this off-season.

Beckham Jr. traded to Browns for 2 picks, Jabrill Peppers
Though multiple reports state that the deal is done, it can not become official until Wednesday when the new league year begins. Though his talent is obvious, Beckham has had his share of troubling incidents during his tenure with the Giants.

"Brown was a receiver I thought the Bills should target a year ago in free agency, needing someone who could stretch the field". Even though the Bills got faster and better in that department with the moves they made as the season went on, they still need to add another legitimate option to get down the field.

With age-old running back Frank Gore also reportedly committed to signing with the Bills, the club devoted a large chunk of its off-season spending allotment to six free-agent players, all on offence.
