Queen Elizabeth II will create a new Household for Meghan and Harry

Harry and Meghan, known officially as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have shared staff with William and Kate since their marriage in May past year.

She also has a political background in the United Kingdom having worked for the late Culture Secretary Tessa Jowell in 2005.

In a statement, the Palace said the changes for the Sussexes "will ensure that permanent support arrangements for The Duke and Duchess' work are in place as they start their family and move to their official residence at Frogmore Cottage".

The Household Office for Meghan Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, will be established in the spring with the support of The Queen and Prince Charles.

Royal commentator Omid Scobie shared Kensington Palace's official announcement, which stated that the royal couples would be splitting up their staffs and bringing in new individuals to their respective private offices and households.

"The Queen has given permission for The Duke and Duchess of Sussex to base their Household Office at Buckingham Palace", it continues.

According to United Kingdom reports, this usually occurs about two weeks before the birth of a royal baby. As William is set to one day take the throne and become king, it was always planned for him and Kate to have their own household, separate from Harry, who has moved down to number six in the line of succession. "If she is to do something public it would be announced, but there are none that are scheduled", a source says.

Princes Harry and William remain joint patrons, with their wives, of the Royal Foundation, the primary charitable body for the Cambridges and Sussexes. The separation of the households only confirms that as well.

It is not yet known what the meeting was about exactly but if Meghan is already having secret meetings about her recent patronages, then we have to assume she is taking her Royal duties very seriously.

Prince Harry and Meghan will welcome their first child soon. Apparently, the former American Idol star knows the Duchess well as they spent their youth together performing in musicals.

She added: "And what I'm told through my sources at the palace, that each of them has their own niche".

It appears that numerous most senior staff, now at Kensington Palace, are staying to work with the Cambridges.

Trump says Europe is 'being ripped apart' by Brexit
Varadkar opposes Britain's European Union exit and expressed concern about how such a move would affect Northern Ireland. "I don't think another vote would be possible because it would be very unfair to the people that won", Trump said.
