Westbrook and the Thunder have finished their season series with the Jazz. Players, who may even back Westbrook, are likely less inclined to respond with a threatening retort at a fan. The fan in question was quickly handed a lifetime ban from the Jazz, though he has threatened to file a lawsuit against Westbrook.

Still, the profane remarks Westbrook made landed him in the National Basketball Association doghouse, and he was fined $25,000 by the league on Tuesday.

"Yo player, I swear to god, I swear to God, you and your wife?"

This time around, a fan confronted Westbrook while he was on the bench, using dogwhistle language, saying "to get down on (your) knees like you used to". Westbrook then motioned for security personnel. "You think I'm playing. I swear to god". "I'll (expletive) you up".

Celtics point guard Kyrie Irving indicated Thursday he's no stranger to the type of comments that led to the viral incident between Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook and a Utah Jazz fan. "And for me that is completely disrespectful".

"People always expect us to turn the shoulder and we get paid all this money, we should be able to let them talk to us any kind of way, and that's just not true", said Tatum.

The Jazz ended up winning the game 120-100.

Twitter reacts to Ryan Fitzpatrick signing with the Dolphins
The Dolphins traded Ryan Tannehill to the Titans last week and failed to sign Tyrod Taylor as another potential replacement. He also set an National Football League record with two-straight games with at least 400 yards passing and four touchdowns.

"He's gotta be a professional".

After the verbal exchange, Westbrook said he did not regret what he said to Keisel, or his wife.

"Russ is just F-bombing, and carrying on acting a fool down here and everybody's getting on him".

"If I had to do it over again, I would say the same exact thing", Westbrook said in a statement reported by The Salt Lake Tribune.

The fan's name has not been released, however, Utah has conducted a formal investigation in order to punish this fan for his actions. "She never got up". "Never said a word". When disrespectful stuff happens like that, I mean, it's going to warrant a reaction. "Initially, I was like, 'Oh, I'm talking with Westbrook, the guy is one of the greats". Don't threaten a woman. She's 5 feet tall and 110 pounds, man. I've never been in any trouble, I've never fought a fan, been in the league 11 years [and have] a clean slate. "Welcome to the NBA, Jen". Will told me he believes Morant's explosive first step and leaping ability should allow him to continue to rack up high free throw totals in the pros, but he might not be a big time scorer initially.

This is not the first time Westbrook has had a run in with a Utah Jazz fan.
