Stranger Things release series three trailer

It's hard to divine any real throughline here - looks like some stuff'll take place in Hawkins, some stuff will take place at an ominous-looking carnival, the 4th of July will factor into the plot somehow - but it all looks as slickly-produced and fan-friendly as Stranger Things always has. Set in the mid-80s, the show has often featured heavy metal from the hair/glam era, so fittingly, Motley Crue's "Home Sweet Home" is the first song that appears in the trailer. It kicks off in the summer of 1985, if that wasn't obvious enough by the sight of Hopper's painfully tropical shirt, the Baba O'Reilly song by The Who playing in the background, and the fact that Will, Mike, Dustin, Lucas, Max, and Ellie are now lanky teens.

Billy, meanwhile - one of the show's more cartoonish 80s characters - has the right vibes as a cocky pool lifeguard (who's eyeing Karen up...). But from the looks of the Stranger Things season 3 trailer, things are getting quite explosive in Hawkins, Indiana. Oh wait, none of that happened to me, but it's all in the trailer above.

Check out the full Stranger Things season 3 trailer above. I really am curious as to where they are going with that and how it fits into this new season.

Boeing says finalizing software upgrade, revising pilot training for 737 Max
However, specific new pilot training is not expected to be defined until the software fix is in place, industry sources said. Investigators looking to uncover the causes must answer one of the biggest questions: Was the plane's software to blame?

There is a scene towards the end of the trailer in which Jonathan Byers is staring down a hallway at a monster that's slowly standing up, growing in size each and every time the camera cuts to it. Unfortunately, the monsters they're facing seem to be stepping it up a notch as well!

What did you think of the trailer? They make an appearance on the official poster for this season (which you can view in the gallery below), and one of the episodes is titled "The Mall Rats".
