I am on a mission to end poverty in the country, finish terrorism, act against corruption and black money.

Without naming Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati, Modi said that people have built their political career in the name of Bhimrao Ambedkar, but were only working for the benefit of their family members and relatives. "Their (SP-BSP) thinking is only one - abuse Modi as much as they can", he said. "(Udhar walon ko bhi samajh mein aa gaya hai ki agar teesri galti hui to lene ke dene padd jaenge)", PM Modi said while addressing a rally in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad.

"SP and BSP have not understood the mood of the people".

Economic growth in recent years had generated enough revenue for states to work more on poverty alleviation, job creation and improving healthcare and education, he said. "But the parties do not want to recognize the truth". But its Prime Minister Imran Khan did call on both sides to pull back from the brink in February because of the "weapons we have". Parties and their leaders, who are not even contesting 40 seats, are dreaming of becoming the prime minister of the country, he added.

At the rally, the Prime Minister had promised to "stand like a wall" against "attempts of the National Conference and the PDP to continue family rule" in the state. Terrorists used to come from Pakistan, attack us & Congress govt used to cry before the world that we've been attacked.

"Pakistan has threatened us with nuclear, nuclear, nuclear", Modi told an election rally in Jammu and Kashmir near the border with Pakistan. Should surgical strike and air strike take place or not? Why did they get rattled?

In a retaliatory action following the terror attack at Army camp in Uri sector on September 18, 2016, that left 17 security personnel dead, the Indian Army carried out surgical strikes on the intervening night of September 28 and 29 on terror launch pads across the LoC killing dozens of militants. Why do they choose power over Article 370 then?

At the rally today, the PM also slammed the Congress for ignoring the plight of Kashmiri Pandits because they were more anxious about their vote-bank. "They raise doubts on IAF strikes", he said, adding, "For the Congress, the Army is only a way of earning money".

Modi was in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua to campaign for Union minister and the BJP's Udhampur Lok Sabha candidate Jitendra Singh. "This alliance is an alliance of opprtunitism and hunger for power and not to provide better opportunities of life for the people of Jammu and Kashmir".
