There are naturally going to be fans on the fence, waiting to see if EA screwed up another Star Wars game before buying. "[It's] odd! I have to be candid with you", she told Eurogamer correspondent Edwin Evans-Thirlwell, "I mean, it's coming from the EA Star Wars Twitter handle, so it's certainly part of the plan, but I don't know whether it's implicitly referencing previous comments they made after our project was killed?"

EA has multiple teams of developers that have worked on Star Wars games before in the past, and they were passed over in favor of Respawn.

The first trailer for "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker" debuted at Celebration over the weekend and "GMA" sat down with director J.J. Abrams to break down this highly-anticipated film.

"We're not just looking at what the next three movies might be, or talking about this in terms of a trilogy", said Kennedy. "I also think Respawn's game has the benefit of being largely developed before they were acquired", she posited. We're looking at: "What is the next decade of storytelling?"

The Frenchman will reportedly be handed a big transfer budget this summer with Eden Hazard and Christian Eriksen said to be on his shortlist.

"There will be a bit more bureaucracy and red tape to go through before your Google Maps will be changed and for Ordinance Survey maps to be changed - but it's something I intend on pushing through the council". Wood was listing the projects his studio was involved with, including various cartoons and new movie The Rise of Skywalker - but then let slip, "there's a LEGO Star Wars game we're working on". "They're working very closely with Rian". The time period would also receive its own MMO in Star Wars: The Old Republic.

Johnson helmed The Last Jedi, in 2017, and he was quickly signed to develop a new trilogy. Johnson, Benioff and Weiss are all great storytellers who have a tremendous passion for the fantasy genre and Star Wars in particular. "I think this is a huge opportunity to step into the galaxy in a little bit different part of the timeline". We assume Luke is a force ghost, but one can never be sure with "Star Wars".

We have until late this year to see the fruits of their labor with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, but if there's any team under the EA banner that I trust to finally put Star Wars back on track, it's Respawn.
