Balfour starts work on £23million university project

Civil engineering group Balfour Beatty has started work on a £23 million contract for Sheffield Hallam University in the heart of the UK city’s historic Cultural Industries Quarter.

The two-block, seven-storey building will house the university’s Sheffield Institute of Education and will include a lecture theatre, cafes, flexible teaching spaces, event hosting spaces, and a data centre.
